Oliver I Scott

Executive Director

Oliver Scott been a business lender since 2009, including as Director at OBDC, the top SBA MicroLoan and Community Advantage lender in the nation.

He previously served as the National Development Council’s 7(a) Loan Officer in the Pacific Northwest, and the Program Loans Manager of Evergreen Business Capital. 


Oliver launched an entrepreneurship training program in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he mentored woman-owned, small- and micro-enterprises using the same Centro curriculum Urban Business Support teaches.


He was educated at American River College, Pomona College, Oxford University, and Duke University and is fluent in Spanish and French.

Christine Rose

Board Chair

Christine Rose, PCC, is an ICF and Taylor Protocols CVI™ certified business and executive coach and Certified Value Builder™ Advisor. She is the Founder of CEOAccel (link to www.ceoaccel.com), a virtual learning community for CEOs of $1M - $200M companies, and of Christine Rose Coaching & Consulting (link to www.coachchristinerose.com), a South Sound firm which helps small business owners grow better leadership, effective teams, and higher value companies since 2015.

 

Christine is a Canfield Certified Trainer sharing The Success Principles™ in keynotes and workshops, and award-winning internationally bestselling author of Life Beyond #MeToo: Creating a Safer World for Our Mothers, Daughters, Sisters & Friends (link to www.lifebeyondmetoo.com). She’s been a member of Forbes Coaches Council from 2019 – 2024, is a graduate of Georgetown University (B.S. Arturo Noriega

Arturo has more than 20 years of work experience as a management consultant, specializing in economic development, strategy, governance, risk management, finance, and organizational change management. 


He has earned an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership from Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and a BA in Economics as well as a concentration in Finance from Haas School of Business of U.C Berkeley.

Erica Miller is the founder and owner of EDM Consulting LLC, a consultancy specializing in Small Business Planning. With a career marked by remarkable achievements, Erica has emerged as a trusted advisor to numerous entrepreneurs and small business owners seeking guidance in driving their ventures to new heights.


With her extensive experience in sales, management, and strategic planning, Erica brings her clients a wealth of

knowledge and expertise. Recognizing the crucial role that planning plays in achieving business success, she is

passionate about leveraging data analysis, process implementation, and strategic thinking to propel revenue growth and enhance profitability. Her astute understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior allows her to develop tailored strategies that optimize business performance.
